During a channeling, the receiver makes conscious contact with a light being or other presence in the etheric planes and gives words to what wants to be said through the telepathic messages that come through. This requires the channel/receiver to match its vibration to the vibration level of the transmitter. 

Before I start channeling I always protect my energy field so that only higher dimensional energies can enter. When channeling higher dimensional beings, they lower their vibrational level and I raise my vibrational level so that we can "meet" at the common ground to communicate. I have done a lot to make my channel as clean as possible. As with other channels, the messages are translated by me as the receiver and the senders have to make do with my vocabulary. In this way the channeling of each channel is specific to the person who gives it. 

Light language is a higher vibrational language that can be spoken by anyone. The process of learning to speak this language or actually languages is exactly the opposite of the way we learn languages here on earth. No vocabulary lists need to be memorized. If you express the sounds that come through you, you will eventually naturally relate words to their meaning and understand them. Sometimes there is also an 'inner knowing' about the meaning of the words or you hear the meaning directly in your consciousness. More important than the meaning of the words, however, is the energetic content of the words. Speaking the language helps to be more present in the here and now and passes by the meaning that the 'mind' wants to give it. 

Light language is an umbrella term for several languages that can come through from star families of Sirius, Orion, Arcturion, Pleiades, Andromeda and Lyra among others or ancient societies that used to reside here on Earth. The words often resonate deeply and sometimes also come from within as soul language. This is in contrast to the aforementioned channeled languages that come through. Light language can be expressed by speaking, writing, singing, drawing, making hand gestures and mudras and binaural tones.
